A tribute.

Now you're an OLD MAN ALREADY,
so don't go around trying to be youthful yah?

I remember the times we had as father & son and the nonsense we did.

When i was 7 & i cried on my first day of school
& you came in, put your arms around me & said,
"im gonna be a student too son, with you."

When i was 8 & i called my teacher idiotic cause she scolded
me for dropping the books i was carrying for her cause i slipped
& you called her up to tell her to
"wake up your idea".

When i was 9 & we had a mini class party but everybody was bringing the normal,
potato chips/finger food & all & you told my teacher,
"isaac'll bring pizza for everyone."

When i was 10 & i looked at mallory's belongings
and realisation seeped in & i knew i would never see her again
& i started to cry & you told me,
"dad's here, my son."

When i was 11 & i got caught got cheating in the
chinese spelling & when my teacher called you
you said, "its only chinese, i copied when i was young too."

When i was 12 & i got the top in class for prelims you said
"yahooo."

When i was 12 & i got the lowest in class for psle you said
"yahooo." again and said "its okay."

When i was 12 & you brought me into a swiss bank & you said,
"one day all we have inside here will be yours son"

When i was 13 & my teacher called you to tell you
she suspected me of stealing. & you told her "i am bringing you
to court for slander" & she freaked out big time & started apologising to us.

When i was 14 & i got caught for playing truant and you came to school.
& you asked me "what the hell are you trying to do?" & i said "sorry dad"
& you said, "i care for you because you're my son."

When i was 14 & we went to vegas to meet your friends & introduced me
to all the big shots & high rollers as, "he's the heir to our company"
then you continued after smiling & said, "he's also my son."

When i was 15 & people were coming for me
cause i got their friend expelled & you said,
"pit our wealth against them, we'll win. so wait for a better time,
& we'll sue their ass upside down, inside out."

When i am 16 & you saw me talking to sarah
& after that you whispered to me when we got home
saying, "i know you like her, & im not gonna tell mom,
but that means, you challenge me darts tonight :D"

When i am 16 & i told you i didn't wanna go school
after the prelims & you said, "then don't lor."

When i am 16 & i told you i wanna go shopping & you gave me
a $1000 bucks & said, "have fun"


I love you dad.

All the things we did.
The bowling, the knife throwing.
The dart throwing, the para-sailing.
The challenges doen the ski slopes.
The race to see who drives uncle dave's yatch better.
The jet-ski races.
The times we played golf.
The horse riding challenges.
The shopping sprees.
Yay.
