I broke up with nicole because I, lied to her.
I did.

Of all the people i lied to,
i would never lie to my the one i love.
Yet i did.

But i changed, didn't i?
You just jumped to conclusions.

Jumping to conclusions is fine by me.
But, when you jump too high and you don't land properly,
you'll realise you might lose your life.

I liked her a lot.
But i don't anymore.
& you know why i speak of her now?
Because i've learnt that when you want to lose someone,
you keep speaking about the person,
so that you'll find it easier to get over the past.
& prevent it from happening again.

I didn't lie to you.
I would never lie to you.

But if you think so,
then i see no harm in starting to lie to you.

All because you failed to trust me in the first place.

You know why i like sunsets?

Because the best date, would be just me and my love standing
and watching the sunset as it beats its orange rays on us.
& at the point of time,
telling her i love her.

But the sunset also signifies the end of the day.

As long as there is a sunset,
it means I, am sastified.

Thats why i like sunsets.
